RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Return Policy
For all purchases, returns are accepted within 15 days of you receiving the product if they are: unused, unworn, and in an "as new" sellable condition as determined by us in our sole discretion. Only items purchased through ezekielusa.com may be returned to our online warehouse. Items purchased through any of our wholesale partners must be returned to the place of purchase. Refunds are based on applicable product and tax charges once the merchandise is received. Please allow 14 days for us to process the credit to your card. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Items that are returned damaged and/or are not considered re-sellable are subject to a restocking fee up to $10 per item determined by us in our sole discretion.
Ezekiel offers free returns on full price sales only. The customer is responsible for any return postage on any sale or promotional items.
Any promotional items such as a free gift with purchase must be returned with the original order in order to receive a full refund. If the promotional item is not returned, the full price of the promotional item will be deducted from the return.
For all international orders, including Canadian orders, and orders to Hawaii, return postage is not provided.

Exchange Policy
Due to high volume and inventory fluctuations, we do not currently offer exchanges since we can't guarantee the desired style/size will still be in stock once a returned order is received.
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, style, or color, please return the original item, and then place a new order. This will guarantee that you get the product you want as quickly as possible.
